BUYING/SALES/AIS Buying we source properties on behalf of investors looking to invest in the B2L residential properties Sales we help existing clients sell their properties by managing the whole sales process for them AIS we offer an asset improvement service to all existing clients where we will increase the capital and rental value of their property through an ASPEN upgrade, increasing the performance of their properties. BUYING Buying a property off market from an existing client saves them time and money = happy clients GP can make from each property sourced off market We are able to retain great properties in great locations We don t have to pay over market valuation as there is no one else competing with us (no closing dates) HAPPY CLIENTS

  4. SALES We organise all aspects of the sale (Home Report; arranging estate agents; viewings etc), saving the client time and money. We retain tenants during marketing to ensure clients do not have any loss of rental. This service helps reduce overall management time allowing you to spend more time working on things you enjoy! VERY HAPPY CLIENTS AND HIGHER GP INCOME!
