What is CLAS C Culturally & L Linguistically A Appropriate S Services are Services that are respectful and responsive to: Individual cultural health beliefs and practices Preferred languages Health literacy levels Communication needs AND These services are employed by all members of an organization (regardless of size) at every point of contact. 2
