CADETS CODE OF CONDUCT DURING LEAVE Before dispersal for leave/ vacations following must be ensured by each cadet: Safe custody of cupboard and other belongings Pressing of Uniform, Walking out Dress and Bed sheets, which shall be required immediately on return Disposal of non-essentials from personal belongings according to changing weathers Essential books, note books or assignments, if any Coordination of mode of transport for leave/ vacations Leave pass and any special instructions from the College Visit House Notice Board for any special instructions or change in program Ensure No damage to College Property before dispersal 3
CADETS CODE OF CONDUCT DURING LEAVE Leave Timings shall be strictly adhered to Shall travel in decent dress, unless specifically ordered Take care of personal safety, health, documents, money and personal belongings during journey and shifting of vehicles Strictly forbidden to receive eatables/ drinks from others Remain in contact with parents on departure and arrival coupled with sharing of vehicle number and timings Try to move with fellow Sherians Do not talk about College matters or any discussion which reveals identity during travel on public transport Shall regularly visit college website for updates during leave College rules and code of conduct are equally applied during traveling 2
CADETS CODE OF CONDUCT DURING LEAVE Fresh Haircut and baggage and dress code before returning to College On return from leave ensure: No un-authorized items, especially medicines w/o doctor s prescription and permission of parents & contraband items are allowed Timings of return are adhered to Communicate to the parents about safe arrival at the campus Mobiles are deposited at the Main Gate and receipt collected immediately change into walking out dress. Un authorised dress in mess, caf and outside houses will be violation of the college policy instructions Visit House Notice Board for any special instructions or change in program or timings 3
CADETS CODE OF CONDUCT DURING LEAVE OVERSTAYING LEAVE College Rules specify duration of leave and return timings Late arrival and overstaying leave is an act to be penalized Penalties are aimed at realizing cadets and their parents about such violations and ensuring College Code of Conduct Owing to numerous social, security and domestic issues coupled with dangerous societal trends Late Arrivals are required to be accompanied by parents on joining the College Medical issues shall be decided by the College Council after detailed input from College Senior Medical Officer 5
CADETS CODE OF CONDUCT DURING LEAVE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA APPS Possession of Mob phones inside campus is prohibited Sharing College pictures and video clips on Social Media tantamount to violating College Code of Conduct Subscribing to unauthorized and unwarranted websites is strictly forbidden Any violations is joint responsibility of cadets and parents and liable to stern actions under College Rules 5
