In this way, the plan is adaptable to the needs of each group of the university community. The groups into which the university community is divided are: Administration, IT and other staff with similar tasks. Teaching and Research Staff. Technical staff in laboratories. Laboratories handling SARS-CoV-2 samples. Maintenance personnel. Cleaning Personnel. Sports Facilities Personnel. Pavilions and spectator areas. Post Office and Publishing personnel. Libraries and premises staff. Janitorial Staff. Gardening Staff. Canteen and Facilities Staff. Residences and Facilities Staff. Drivers of official vehicles. SSP medical staff. Cultural Extension Activities. 8
Covid prevention measures (Administration, IT and other staff with similar tasks) The level of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus transmission in Administration and IT staff is considered to be of low probability of exposure. A 100% capacity is established. Daily cleaning should be carried out. Adopt measures to avoid contact with surfaces that may be more likely to be contaminated. Use an appointment system and signage to ensure that the distance to the public is kept at a distance of 1.5m. Methacrylate screens shall be kept in place at public service stations. 9
Covid prevention measures (Administration, IT and other staff with similar tasks) Ventilate conditioning recommendations". workspaces following the "Ventilation and air Promote the maintenance and cleaning of all filters installed in air conditioning and ventilation systems. The measure shall be reinforced by the posting of specific information signs. 14
Covid prevention measures (Laboratories handling SARS-CoV-2 samples) This group belonging to the university is at extreme risk of contamination. For that reason, it has to be governed by a special document that is the same for all laboratories working with the SARS-Cov-2 virus. This document is elaborated by Laboratories with Biological Containment Level against SARS-CoV-2. The document regulates all aspects related to the treatment of the virus. It regulates the protective clothing to be worn by researchers to prevent infection. 15
Covid prevention measures (Laboratories handling SARS-CoV-2 samples) The manner of disinfection of researchers is regulated. It has a special process to prevent the virus from leaving the premises. capacity is personnel. Laboratory limited to authorised Authorised personnel have to be tested for possible samples daily. 16

For this reason, it has a plan for the following situations: In case of suspicion of infection or being in close contact with a case of Covid-19. In case of being UGR staff especially vulnerable to Covid-19. 34
UGR (Covid containment measures) In case of suspicion of infection or close contact with a case of Covid-19. The following measures should be taken: The person must not leave home or go to university facilities. The person should contact the COVID-19 helpline and follow their instructions. UGR (Covid containment measures) In case of being UGR staff especially vulnerable to Covid-19. In the case of a vulnerable person, the case will be assessed by the health authorities to determine the most appropriate measures. These measures may be: Change of tasks with lower risk. Teleworking Leave due to temporary incapacity in a situation assimilated to an accident at work for the economic benefit. 36
Conclusions The University of Granada is prepared for the pandemic situation that humanity is experiencing. The data support the measures taken by the University of Granada since the contagions suffered by the university community are outside the University. The UGR is a safe zone free of COVID-19 because it has plans to prevent COVID-19 and in the event of a case at the university, it has a contingency plan to prevent the spread. 37
Conclusions Thanks to the work of the University, students can continue their education at a quality public university. The University of Granada has not only maintained quality teaching, not only by creating safe places. Moreover by researching to study the effects that the pandemic and the virus have had on humanity. 38
