2018 UN Flagship Report on Disability and Development Overview
Mandate in 2014, the UN General Assembly resolution 69/142 requested the Secretary-General to compile and analyze statistics on persons with disabilities, national policies, programs, best practices in addressing internationally agreed development goals. The report is to be submitted in 2018 following the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Expert Group Meetings (EGM) were organized to provide inputs to this flagship report.
