The Contract 2 Six Sub-Tasks to choose from 3.2 Alternative Fuel Vehicle and Compliance Coordination Efforts Staff will do 2 Sub-Tasks: 3.4 General Stakeholder Outreach / Awareness Events and Activities Seeking Feedback on 1 More Sub-Task 3.1 Stake Holder Listening Sessions 3.3 - Alternative Fuel Vehicle Infrastructure Development and Corridor Planning 3.5 Technical Assistance and Fleet Coaching 3.6 Technical Training and Education

  3. Chosen Sub-Task 3 3.2 Alternative Fuel Vehicle and Compliance Coordination Efforts Organize and facilitate activities and projects that advance alternative fuels and advanced vehicle technologies. Can be: H-GAC Clean Vehicles Programs Helping entities with applications for other State and Federal funding

  4. Chosen Sub-Task 4 3.4 General Stakeholder Outreach / Awareness Events and Activities Organize, facilitate and conduct alternative fuel and/or advanced technology outreach through meetings, workshops, and outreach events. Can be: Stakeholder meetings Site visit tours (list of infomercials) Webinars Podcasts Ride and drive

Sub-Task to Choose 5 3.1 Stake Holder Listening Sessions Organize and facilitate multiple fuel and/or technology-specific listening sessions with fleets and other stakeholders to identify technology gaps and critical research needs to improve vehicle/infrastructure performance and usability. Can be: Round table talks To identify issues on which we should focus Resulting in: Regional plans Granting programs List of best practices Other ?

Sub-Task to Choose 6 3.3 Alternative Fuel Vehicle Infrastructure Development and Corridor Planning Organize and facilitate alternative fuel infrastructure planning activities, alternative fuel corridor development, research and preparation of alternative fueling readiness plans, and planning for future fueling infrastructure development where corridor and other infrastructure gaps exist. Can be: Corridor plan that identifies preferred locations of future fueling stations Work with fueling companies Work with TCEQ and other infrastructure granting entities Work with land owners Other ?

  7. Sub-Task to Choose 7 3.5 Technical Assistance and Fleet Coaching Provide direct information, technical assistance and/or coaching to fleets, end-users and other appropriate stakeholders. Can be: Creating and Participating in a Mentoring program that: Reviews equipment specifications Coordinates performance testing Trains users for new technology / equipment Educates dealers Advises on general problems Other ?

  8. Sub-Task to Choose 8 3.6 Technical Training and Education Organize and facilitate technical training and technical education regarding alternative fuel vehicles, their use, infrastructure, and safety. Target audiences may include: 1. Technicians/mechanics 2. First-responders 3. Public safety officials 4. Vocational/STEM student groups. Can be: Classroom training Technical webinars Hands-on demonstrations Other ?
