Update Audit Launched June 6 Audit period: June 1, 2021 June 1, 2022 SNF Engagement Activities: NHSN Data Review and Correction EMResource Historical Data Review and Correction Audit Completion Attestation Resources: Long Term Care COVID-19 Plan page Activities must be complete by 5PM EST 6/24/22
Required Activities 1. NHSN review and data correction as necessary Facility completes NHSN data correction directly 2. EMResource data review via Historical Data worksheet Data Corrections worksheet submitted to MDHHS-MSA-COVID19@michigan.gov only IF corrections are identified 3. Complete Attestation Survey upon completion of items above Activities must be complete by 5PM EST 6/24/22
