Introductions Eugenio Mario Fuentes President Erik Iverson - Director of Operations
Communication and Rosters As the team manager you re responsible for keeping the entire team informed on everything from messages coming from the association, practice/game schedule, special events, etc. Managers handle everything off the field while letting the coaches focus on the game, players and what happens on the field. Team Web Page You are able to be the Admin/Owners of your respective team page or work with the President to update and enter information Contacts Calendar Team News Roster Photos Emails via SE Mobile App Chat - via SE Mobile App *President responsible for registration with MSLAX paying fees, etc.
Schedules & Tournaments All teams will be playing in the Minnesota Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association (MSLAX) Game Scheduling to be completed by May 12th https://www.mslax.net/submitroster https://www.mslax.net/page/show/2619294-calendar Tournaments - MSLAX end of Summer July 26- 28 location is TBD
Home Games Field setup - U12 and U14 (differences with turf) Ensuring goals are in place Lining the field with cones/markers Setting up scoring table Score table Keeping official score (flip-book) Recording the final score for referee Field cleanup - Trash Putting away score table, cones and markers and any other association property
Uniforms & Apparel store Uniform try on event TBD Free mouth guard event TBD U12 and U14 have actual jerseys that are available for practices Uniform orders will be delivered to team expected to be in the last week of May. Apparel store details will be shared
Team Pictures Scheduling for a practice day TBD Details will be figured out after we have the game schedules & shared with Managers. Photos will be taken outside on the lacrosse fields by professional photographer - orders will taken online.
