REGISTRATION PROCESS OVERVIEW 4. Head back to biggivegage.org and click Log in as a returning organization to login submit your final registration! 1. Visit 2. Follow the instructions in the email from Neon One to create your account. 3. You will receive an email once your eligibility is approved. biggivegage.org and submit the eligibility form by applying as a new organization.
APPLY AS A NEW ORGANIZATION Go to www.biggivegage.org Click the Login button in the top right-hand corner and the select I am an Organization Click Apply as a new organization Note: Neon Giving Days is the new technology provider for Big Give Gage in 2025 and all Organizations will apply as a new organization even if they participated in a past Big Give Gage event Once you submit your Organization s eligibility and it is approved then you will Log in as a returning organization to finalize registration
CONFIRM USER ACCOUNT Before accessing the eligibility form, confirm your email address to see if you have a User account If your Organization has participated in other Neon Giving Days events you may have an User account
SUBMIT ELIGIBILITY FORM Fill out and submit the eligibility form All required fields are marked with a red asterisk
CONFIRMATION EMAILS After submitting your Organization s eligibility you will receive automatic emails. Big Give Gage 2025 || We've received your organization's eligibility for registration!: confirmation of your submission Neon One - Create Password: invite from Neon One to create the password for your account Make sure to check your Spam folders if you can t find emails!
NEON ONE: CREATE ACCOUNT Follow the instructions from the Neon One- Create Password email Click the Create My Password button in the email Please Note: the link in this email expires after 24 hours. If you are outside of the 24 hour period, you can request a new create password link here. Set your password Log in to your account
REQUIRED: SETUP 2-STEP AUTHENTICATION (MFA) For increased security, setting up MFA is required to access the Neon Giving Day system. Authentication options: Mobile Authenticator (recommended), SMS Texting, and Chrome Browser Extension (Google only). Neon Giving Days Support is available to assist with any troubleshooting. Click the blue Support button available on the website and in Nonprofit Admin. For detailed information and screenshot instructions see the guide: Multi-Factor (2-Step) Authentication
ELIGIBILITY APPROVAL Once your eligibility has been approved you will relieve a confirmation email!
LOG IN AS A RETURNING ORGANIZATION Head back to biggivegage.org Click Log in as a returning organization Log in using the credentials you created from the Neon One Create Account email
REGISTER MY ORGANIZATION From the Dashboard click Register My Organization button in the upper-right
SUBMIT FINAL REGISTRATION Review the Registration & Submittal form At the bottom click Save Change and Submit for Approval
SET YOUR EVENT GOALS After you click Save Changes and Submit for Approval you have a chance to set your goals A goal progress wheel will be public on your Organization profile during the giving event Not sure of your goals yet? Select "No thanks, I'll do it later" You can update your goals on your Gives Day dashboard at any time!
REGISTRATION COMPLETE! Congratulations! You have completed the registration process for Big Give Gage! You ll receive a final confirmation once Big Give Gage approves your final registration. Then your Organization will display on the Big Give Gage website!
