"Established in 2018, the 21 County 21st Century Community Policing Project aims to strengthen relationships between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve. The project focuses on excellence in policing, professionalism, accountability, transparency, and recent updates to reforms such as expanding crisis intervention team training and endorsing statewide licensing for police officers."
