1. Recognise that God is in control 1 Sam 30:2, 1 Cor 10:13 They slew not any The restraining hand of God Evangel Christian Fellowship
2. Be honest with your feelings 1 Sam 30:3-4 Wept until they had no more strength to weep (v4) The shortest route to a mental breakdown is for us to deny our feelings Then David and the men with him lifted up their voices Crying allows us to vent our feelings God had cheated in us tear ducts in order to provide us with an emotional safety valve speaking in tongues Matt 5:4 Evangel Christian Fellowship
