2021 2022 FORMS REGISTRATION SHEETS AND APP DIRECTIONS
Make sure to include 4-8 credits and 2 Alternates (A1,A2) Consult with teachers and parents when selecting classes Consider rigor of whole schedule (work and college classes included)
Junior Options Full Time- 8 classes Dual Enrollment (Example: a physical education class that counts as a high school and college credit) Master Tutor (Applications coming soon) *Join us for more information on Friday, January 29th at 12:30 for more info on Dual Enrollment and College Classes.
Senior Options Full Time- 8 classes Part Time- Work- 4 classes Part Time- College Credit Only (6, 4, OR 2+ 2 classes at HCC) Dual Enrollment (PE, English, Math that counts as both high school and college credit) Work Based Learning Program (Pathway) Counseling Office, Main Office, or Media Center Aide (Applications coming soon) Master Tutor (Applications coming soon) *Make sure to join us on Friday, January 29th at 12:30 to get more information on Part Time and Dual Enrollment!

Select only 4-6 credits (Carefully choose 2 alternates) NO Aiding IF you are only taking 4 classes Apply online at HCPS.ORG -> Student Enrollment Options (No later than May 31st) Link HERE. ItsLearning Directions: 1. Sign into your Itslearning Counseling Page 2. On Overview OR Plans: 3. Look for and click Homework- Registration Form 4. Click Open 5. AFTER you have filled it out and spoken with your parents and teachers, click "Submit". 6. DO NOT FORGET TO GO TO THE APP RIGHT AFTER YOU SUBMIT IN ITSLEARNING. (directions on next page for the app)
Course Registration App Directions: 1. Go to https://courserequests.hcps.org/Login.aspx 2. Sign into the app using your username and password you would use for your school login. 3. Fill in your courses EXACTLY how you have them on your course registration sheet. (Hint- if you do "Ctrl-F", you can type in the course numbers to easily find your classes. Double check that you have 8 classes AND 2 Alternates! Make sure to put in your pathway AND click "finish course requests" to submit your courses.
