  1. AB-HWC PHCs 3rdRegional Workshop on AB-HWC Rajasthan, MP, HP, Haryana, Chhattisgarh, J&K, Uttarakhand, Punjab

  2. Human Resources MP- 50% vacancy for MO posts (612/1172) in State, MO training on NCD completed, 311 LTs in place. To be recruited by November. All staff available at visited facilities. Rajasthan- MO & Lab assistants in place. LT, pharmacists, SN not available. Uttarakhand-Trained HR in place. Chhattisgarh- No MBBS MO at PHC. AMO managing the services. HP- HR in place, some places manned by Dental MO (421/525 MO). Refresher Training scheduled. No LT / SN. J&K- HR in place. Haryana- MO (MBBS, Ayush, Dental), SN, LT, Pharmacist available as per IPHS. Punjab- adequate HR available.

  3. Population based NCD screening MP- ongoing, individual empanelment & family folders maintained. CBAC forms filled. Referrals are made for high risk individuals. Rajasthan- NCD training to be completed as per norms. Only 1 day orientation is given to the staff. Himachal: Training to be completed as per norms. 18-30 ages also screened. J&K: Trained HR available. State to improve outreach services. Chhattisgarh: trained HR available. NCD Suraksha Maah. Haryana: Staff trained as per norms. CBAC forms filled. Data on NCD app yet to be completed. VIA trained SN available. (State- 48 lacs enumerated, 20 lacs CBAC forms filled, 13 lacs screened for NCDs, Suspected for DM- 9.42%, suspected for Htn- 13%). Uttarakhand- referrals for NCD screening observed. Cervical cancer screening not rolled out. TOT yet to be initiated. Punjab: VIA training to be initiated. MO training completed.

  4. Drugs and Diagnostics at PHC MP -19 diagnostics inhouse (Hub and spoke) and 74 EML. Rajasthan-robust supply chain management of drugs and DVDMS implemented till PHC level. 12-14 test conducted at PHC. Haryana- 91 drugs from EDL available . 19 diagnostic test done in house. Uttarakhand- State doesn t have corporation for procurement. 35 drugs available in place and 19 Diagnostic test were available at PHC. Reagent procured from RKS fund Punjab 12-14 diagnostics tests available and 40-50 medicines available Himachal Pradesh- NCD drugs available , DVDMS functional till PHC ,hub and spoke for diagnostic under process Chhattisgarh- 40 % of edl drugs available and 9-12 diagnostics tests available, mostly RDK, sputum and slide. J&K- 17 tests where LT is available/ 7 tests where LT not available, 71 State EML list, however some drugs not available.

  5. AB-HWC Portal reporting Daily reporting on AB-HWC portal started in all States except Rajasthan & punjab. HWC portal monitored up to State level on daily basis in Haryana. Issues in J&K due to internet connectivity. Streamlining needed in Uttarakhand. Rajasthan: reporting ensured at PHC biweekly through DEO.

  6. Expanded range of services MP: MOs trained in mental health, services yet to be initiated. J&K: oral health services. Uttarakhand: Oral & ophthalmic service provided. ECHO platform to be initiated for tele-consultation services on Hub & Spoke model. Geriatric OPD initiated, MOs trained in mental health. Chhattisgarh: oral health & PMOA services. AMO/ANM trained in mental health. Haryana: oral health & geriatric health services started. HP: de-addiction services started at PHCs every Wednesday. Punjab: oral health services.

  7. Others Basic RMNCHA+N services provided in all States. Branding completed in all States.

  8. Wellness Haryana: through yoga (Ayush MO, certified yoga trainers, volunteers), laughing clubs, folk dances Rajasthan: yet to be initiated (Jaisalmer). MP: initiated with AYUSH MOs and school teachers. RFP floated to engage yoga instructors. Chhattisgarh: ANM trained on 3 day yoga module. Uttarakhand: open gyms at select PHCs. J&K: Health education & promotion started. Yoga day celebrated. Punjab: yet to be initiated (Amritsar).

  9. Best Practices MP-Hub and spoke model ,NCD campaign in September, telemedicine RFP floated, covers all 1171 PHC and 20 spoke /seat and I specialist per seat. Haryana HR more than IPHS norms . Wellness activities including exercise for joint pain , laughing club and dancing and folk activities conducted. Mobile mitra for community awareness . Good CSR leverage. MO at phc level can indent drugs of district level. Mukhya Mantri Muft IllajYojana to reduce OOPE. Rajasthan- e-mitra kiosk were installed at all PHC. Robust drugs distribution system Chattisgarh- NCD surakhsha maah, internal branding ,health days, pooling of funds at local level HP- Mukhya Mantri NirogyaYojna-18 +screening , HIM care health scheme, Alcohol cess. J and K - Drugs are procured through JKMSCL. In case of shortage, Local authority can procure from Jan Aushadhi. Uttarakhand- quarters for MLHP ,open gym .
