Once every fall for face to face academic advisement Email for course approval in spring send a list of 5-6 courses you are considering with #s, professor names, and any time conflicts. You may also keep and send an updated planning sheet to keep track of what has been taken and what needs to be taken 15 minute face to face appointments scheduled as needed, Thursday mornings
