ACCEL 2016-17 Implementation Strategy Strategy ACCEL Implementation Strategy Team Coordinatio n Adult School Directors 1. Implement shared TIF framework locally 2. Reflect and evaluate at end of fall term 3. Develop a plan for Spring 2017 Bridge Prep 1. CAT navigators meet with their local team to understand roles and current Bridge 1 efforts 2. Meet with navigators to review background landscaping and 16-17 plan 3. Formalize Bridge I Framework and resource list 4. Workshop (September): Refined framework and 16-17 plan. 5. Develop local CAT implementation plan 6. Meet periodically for information exchange and updates Navigators Bridge 1 1. Identify pathways for development during 2016-17 2. Identify CTE faculty, potential community or agency partners (request commitment to participate) 3. Review pathway and bridge models and resources 4.
