The balance of the month in which you move a tenant from another Indirect Provider, Direct Reseller, Advisor, or start a new subscription with SYNNEX Canada is free subscriptions. Ex #1: Set up a customer in our portal on September 1st and the balance of September is free. Billing will start on October 1st for the month of October. Add users to an existing contract and the balance of that month for those new users is free. Ex #2: Add 10 users on October 2nd and the balance of October for those 10 users is free. Remove users by the end of the month and you will not be billed on the November 1st . Ex #3: Remove users on Dec 31 and you will not be billed on Jan 1 FAQ FAQ free. Does not apply to annual
