  1. ACCELERATING THE ADOPTION OF QUANTUM CRYPTOGRAPHY INSPIRED BY BLOCKCHAIN SECURITY DEMANDS

  2. Basic information as requested Poland, Team location HQ City of Lublin (Eastern Poland) Branch Office Lodz (Central Poland) Formal registration - 2021 First funding (pre-seed) 2022 Year funded Team size Active team 7 people (inc. 2 on leave) Having surpassed the pre-seed phase runway, the startup is now actively seeking funding to support its operations and growth. In a commitment to the company during this challenging period, both the CEO and CTO have temporarily forgone their salaries to maintain team cohesion. Currently, the startup is self-financing through shareholder loans and revenue generated from consulting service sales. Patented solution developed to TRL-6/7. About 30 prototypes produced. First sales in proces. On the software side private blockchain testnet delivered. EIC Quantum Challenge Expert GO for full proposal obtained! Interview pending. Polish FENG grant application for advanced QRNG submitted. Financial situation Status Grants in process

  3. Basic information as requested Design production-grade, certifiable devices. Increase their TRL. Sell more prototypes. Promote our QCMS (Quantum Cryptography Management System) solution. 5-month goal The integrity of cryptographic foundations, critical to cybersecurity in general, and to blockchains in particular, is under threat. The main problem The development of quantum- resistant cryptography is lagging, leaving current security infrastructures vulnerable to emerging quantum and AI threats. Quantum Cryptography, considered to be the most secure form of cryptographic protection, faces resistance in adoption across various industries. Related problems See background information in the Appendix

  4. Unique Value Proposition Our QCMS solution uniquely addresses the customer's need for quantum-safe security by providing affordable devices that emulate the quantum communication channels of QKD (Quantum Key Distribution) systems, while delivering true quantum entropy. Our UVP lies in guiding clients through the entire journey from their current, potentially vulnerable systems to provably secure quantum cryptographic solutions based on genuine QKD. We offer a cost-effective, comprehensive pathway to quantum resilience, ensuring our clients are prepared for the quantum computing era.

  5. Solutions for SASE the use case idea We plan to enhance certain network security solutions used in SASE systems to make them quantum-resistant. These include: 1. Firewall as a Service (FWaaS) 2. Secure Web Gateway (SWG) 3. Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASBs) 4. Selected SD-WAN solutions 5. Web Application and API Protection as a Service (WAAPaaS) Wherever possible, we will utilize our products, pQKD and msQRNG. In scenarios where hardware appliances are not suitable, we will develop software-based, cloud agents with similar capabilities.

  6. How are we going to offer our solutions? We will offer quantum-resistant versions of existing solutions to SASE vendors through licensing and software development services. Additionally, for specific solutions such as Secure Web Gateways that can be replaced within a given SASE framework, we will directly provide their quantum-resistant variants to clients with more advanced requirements.

  7. Business Model Supplying products and services for Quantum Resistant Migration projects Quantum cryptography hardware and software Supplying Quantum Secured Blockchains Acceleration of Quantum Resistant Cryptography adoption Quantum Cryptography Migration System Quantum cryptography consulting services

  8. Target customers and competition Target customers Competitors Integrators of network security systems Quantum Exchange (makers of Phio-TX products) Arqit NetworkSecure Adaptor Low-cost QKD makers (like QuantLR) Quantum Random Number Generators makers Creators of encryptors, solutions for secure communications, and cryptographic infrastructure. 9. Our Team: The Founders and Management Victor Thkifati Marketing Advisor Dr Mirek Sopek CEO Tomasz Ma ecki CFO Tomasz Ma ecki holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Ko minski University. With extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, he has served in various roles including mentor, manager, and Chief Financial Officer, both in startups and Venture Capital funds. In his current role, Since June 2023 Tomasz oversees the finance department and is the architect of our business model. Prof. Piotr Kulicki Partner Victor Thkifati is a graduate of Brooklyn College where he completed three fields of study: Business Management and Finance, Marketing and Arts/Film. He has worked for Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and currently works at Soci t G n rale, NYC as vice president. Mirek is a scientist and a serial entrepreneur. Piotr is a director at the Department of Computer Science at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Catholic University of Lublin. He was the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy for many years. He is an outstanding logician and our link to wider academic community. He received his doctorate in the field of Theoretical and Quantum Chemistry. In 1989 he founded MakoLab which went public in 2007. In 2014 he created Chemical Semantics Inc, and in 2017 LEI.INFO both in the state of Florida, USA.

  10. What value we bring to our investors? The unique value proposition we offer to our investors stems from the potential of extraordinary future valuation. Our startup operates within an exceptionally innovative domain, laying the foundation for the everlasting security of data. This is not just an investment in the present, but a strategic placement in a frontier cybersecurity market with immense potential. Our team's forward-thinking approach and dedication to innovation set the stage for significant long-term returns.

  11. What the industry needs is absolutely unbreakable cryptography however the current trend (as recommended by NIST in July 22) is to migrate to what is known as the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), which is similar to classical cryptography but only made stronger through newer algorithms. As that cryptography is still based on computational security, it is not absolutely unbreakable. In fact, one of the PQC candidates from the NIST recommendation was already cracked using very modest means. The only existing solution is quantum cryptography based on PHYSICAL security. It is possible to prove that it represents everlasting (aka unbreakable) security.

  12. Quantum-Secured Blockchain: Our Current Offering & Beyond Our QSB (Quantum Secured Blockchain) built using SUBSTRATE framework uses: Quantum Key Distribution, Quantum Random Number Generators and Post-Quantum Cryptography to create provably secure systems for today and for the future. Our services and products based on QKD standards offer the highest level of security. Our QKD emulators accelerate migration to full QKD standards. Our solution Our Entropy-as-a-Service based on Quantum Random Number Generators strengthens existing Blockchains and other cryptographic systems. Our R&D in the field of Quantum Information helps to eliminate distributed system limitations.

  13. Quantum-Secured Blockchain: Selected Use Cases Quantum-Enhanced Digital Identity: Empowering Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) with Quantum Security and a "Quantum Self" Feature Our system use cases Revolutionary Quantum-Gapped Custody System: Ensuring Unparalleled Security for Fiat and Cryptocurrency Assets with QKD-Level Protection Quantum-Resistant Blockchain for Critical Applications: From Supply Chain Management to E-Voting and CBDC** Support These use cases will use our system that is currently being developed: Quantum Secured Blockchain based on the Substrate framework * SSI Self-Soverign Identity ** CBDC Central Bank Digital Currency (future)
