To access personal training on the EAP site log onto cascadecenters.com, then click on Member login
Create your user name, Company name is State of Oregon, Create a password, retype password, click on the reminder you would like to use, provide the passphrase, click agree to terms (and sign me in for 30 days if you wish) and then click register.
On the main page you can now select from various tiles such as : My EAP Benefits, Stress Management, Webinars, Personal Growth, Training Center and much more!
For example: If you open the Training Center tile, you can select from various training topics
If you select Professional Development you would then choose from the most popular, highest rated or all courses tabs. You will then click on the topic you wish to review.
Once your selection is made, you will open the training in a new window to sign onto the course
Once you click accept and submit you will now have access to take the free online course
