Monitoring Accommodations in Classrooms Classroom teachers complete MCAM Monitoring Form each reporting period submit to the BTC at the end of the school year / semester Case Managers spot check MCAMS, initial, and date periodically across the school year Portfolios are kept by classrooms teachers with sample classroom pencil and paper assessments Accommodations are discussed and documented during pre-observation conferences and during administrative observations

Section E. DURING STATE TESTING CYCLE
State Testing Cycle BTC provides testing administrators with the most current Review of Testing Accommodations form for completion after testing Test administrator returns completed Review of Testing Accommodations Form to BTC with testing materials BTC forwards a copy of completed Review of Testing Accommodations Form to the EC / Section 504 / LEP / Transitory Impairment Case Managers to include in the student file for review in upcoming meetings BTC forwards a copy of the completed Review of Testing Accommodations Form to the LEA Testing Coordinator
