Verification Clinic Issues Provide a listing of all the verification criteria per DLR Publications that have an impact on practice should be considered as innovation The number of students one can submit appears to be limited The same figures are reported for both the first and second year on the platform for some results. Share the operations manual again In the IP (Results framework), the PDO target values are much higher than the targets to be achieved to earn the maximum amounts per DLI. Is revision of the IP necessary? Can the submission window for the students and internships be left open and closed only after the submission deadline? Were 2019 publications for CoE_Djibouti considered in the recent verification letter? A publication in Scopus was not considered
Verification Clinic Issues When will surplus regionals be applied to nationals previously not paid for because of lack of or inssufficient regionals? Non receipt of emails; addresses provided (nahoua.soro@ensea.ed.ci; pascalonivog@yahoo.fr) DLR 4.2 results (25 articles) were submitted on 20 septembre 2020 et we resubmitted an updated report with 4 additional publications on September 11 2020. However, only the first submission was considered in the verification The current website for reporting results is Not Secure . When will the website handlers make it Secure ? This is important for the integrity of the data. Verification Clinic Issues 2 Publications on Renewable Energy by CEA-MITIC were rejected during the 2019 verification and they would want to know why Share excel files showing what was tenable for payment DLR 5.1 results were submitted earlier without the necessary supporting documents. An external auditor has now been recruited. What s the process for verification? Share more information on the fiduciary reports (DLR 6.4), specifically the outline Where a centre has achieved 96% of any DLR, does that mean that only 4% more can be submitted further on?. Clarify the dates for the upcoming project mid-term review Provide guidance for online submission of DLR 7.4 ? How is the aggregate % performance calculated? Does it include all DLRs e.g. DLR 3.3 (Short courses)? Can we submit programme accreditation results now?
