Towards Better Futures is Glasgow City Councils Education Services Employability Strategy. The aspiration of this strategy is that by 2023, 100% of Glasgow s school leavers will leave school to a positive destination, with targeted support to sustain it. To achieve this, every young person will have an entitlement to a series of Employability Activities and Employer Engagements linked to their age and stage. These will be relevant to their needs and aspirations.
