  1. Sterling Wellness THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL ONSITE HEALTH SCREENING EVENT

  2. Whats can participants expect at the onsite screening?

  3. Event Overview Annual health screenings provide a quick snapshot of a person s current health and can help identify conditions that may otherwise go undetected. Onsite health screenings are quick and convenient for participants. Here s what participants can expect: Check into the appointment at the registration table Biometric measurements (height, weight, waist circumference) Quick and easy blood draw

  4. What can you as the site contact do to make your event successful?

  5. Schedule the event at the right time. We want everyone to participate! When scheduling your event, avoid conflicts with tight deadlines or high production dates. Also make sure that it s a day when most people will be at work and available.

  6. Identify the perfect screening location. Pick a location that is easy to access and has plenty of space. You will also want to consider the following: How many tables and chairs are needed? Do you have adequate electrical outlets? Is there enough space for privacy curtains? How many trash cans will be needed?

  7. Lead by example. Schedule your appointment first so that you can be familiar with the steps and how the process works. PRO TIP! Schedule your appointment early in the day so you can let others know how quick and easy the screening really is!

  8. Arrive early on the day of the screening to direct the team. Sterling s screening team is ready to handle all the moving pieces for you, but the event is most successful when you are there to let them into the screening location and answer any questions prior to the event start time.

  9. Promote, promote, promote. Life is busy! Use the posters, digital signage and other promotions provided by Sterling to raise awareness. It s also a great idea to share reminders during team meetings or internal communication channels.
