Editing G/NonG Courses For 2022 course outlines only one course outline needs to be edited and approved/published Both standard and general education courses returned in search results General education course redirects to standard course outline 4
Redirected G Courses In the Admin tab both Gen Ed and Standard courses will appear Linked G courses will have status Redirected and show the linked course 5
Merged A/B Courses For 2022 course outlines only one course outline has to be edited and approved/published Both results appear in search but will redirect to single course outline 6 Note: Current bug on production not displaying terms correctly will be fixed soon
Merged A/B Courses In the Admin tab both A/B courses will appear B courses will have status Incorporated and show the linked course 7
Incomplete LOs bug If a learning outcome is incomplete (e.g. only verb or only description) then it doesn t appear in Preview or during Approval process There was a bug where the incomplete outline appeared on published course outline this has been resolved Incomplete learning outcomes are visible during editing e.g.: 8
Learning & Digital Resources Merged Learning Resources section with Digital Resources default statement. Digital Resources default statement will appear before the Learning Resources text entry 9
Graduate Profiles Publisher role can now view and update Graduate Profiles in DCO Go to Graduate Profile tab and search for profile View and update the capabilities as needed for current and upcoming year Course List shows the course outlines using the selected graduate profile 10

2022 DCO Dates All terms (Summer School, S1, S2, Q1-4, Academic Year) Due date: 5th November 2021 1. Course Director email notification: w/c 4th October 2021 (this week) 2. Reminder notification sent: 1st November 2021 3. Overdue notification sent: 8th November 2021 Any changes to published course outlines need Publisher (Assoc Dean) approval to set back to Edit. Course Outlines can be updated until 2 weeks before course start. 13
