Information Sharing ofbest practices regarding RDM: tutorials, videos, guidelines Advice for the DMP preparation: checklist, DMP template, DMP examples Offer tailored resources based on the field, sensitivity and volume of the data Personalized Support Outreach & Training Institutional trainings in French & English offered 4 times per year On demand personalized trainingsfor specific teams and projects Creation of a PhD teaching module in 2016 6
Offering personalized services About 30 researchers across disciplines used our service since February 2015 H2020 22 H2020 projects in 2015 (Open Research Data Pilot mostly) Collaboration with the Research Office and the IT team Services offered to Phd students & project leaders 5 doctoral students & project manager of national project Information & contact information 12 requests for information 8
