Scholarship Timeline March 18-19: Applications open & announced at Convention Friday, April 8th: Application process closes April 9-28: Scholarship committee reviews applications Committee Members needed (at least 12 Advisors) April 29th: Winners will be announced Emails sent to winners HQ posts on social media winners Website is updated with picture of the 2021-2022 winners May 15th: Check mailed out to winners 4

Application Materials Unofficial Transcript file upload (NEW NEW) Leadership Experience in Society listed Service projects: Community service projects completed Listed Role in project (Leader, Helper, Participant) (NEW NEW) Essay 500 words Advisor Recommendation Form (Online Form) Open to Undergraduate and Graduate Student members Must be a student during the 2021-2022 Academic Year Can apply for more than one scholarship Each scholarship will have it s own application web page and essay prompt. 6

National Convention Registration is open for Virtual Convention https://www.gammabetaphi.org/national-convention/ Cost is $50 for each attendee There is an option for Bulk Registration If you are paying for a group, you must upload a spreadsheet with first name, last name, email, and shipping address (for the Event Boxes) 8
4 NEC & Regional Senator Elections Applications Extension
NEC & Regional Senator Elections Application deadline extended to February 28th Elections will be held week of March 7th Results will be announced during National Convention NEC Positions available: President-Elect Advisor members (2) Professional member Student members (5) Apply online at GBP Homepage 11
