Connection to State Wide Housing Plan Priorities Objective A Targeted to reach organizations with commitments to serving communities of color, rural communities, and tribal communities; including network of community action agencies. Expand Developer Pool Supporting Underserved Communities (General Trainings Strategies) Spurs forward the Affordable Rental Housing section iterations of the SWHP priorities by facilitating learning opportunities and trainings that address Permanent Supportive Housing, Solutions for Rural Communities and Equity and Racial Justice. Objective B Fortifying Industry Professionals (Specific Trainings Strategies) Meant to serve as the barrier reduction strategy that fills the gaps in knowledge, capital or staffing.
