ACE Priorities moving forward 1. Timely and well coordinated first disbursement based upon results Hire independent verifiers Work with ACEs to avoid surprises help generating the required information 2. Support and information for Implementation On-going Address procurement questions and provide support Plan achievement of first set of fiduciary results institutional oversight of procurement and financial management activities 3. Provide more performance information Dec 2015 ACE awareness of comparative progress & support effective govt oversight Identify strong performers and not-yet strong performers
ACE priorities (cont.) 4. Active support to not-yet strong performers With govt focal points and AAU experts: regular check-in meetings 5. Help Cote d Ivoire ACEs and Govt. to project readiness & disburse 6. Support to plan for achievement of quality benchmarks (auto-evaluation, international evaluation and accreditation) In this workshop: note progress of each ACE good practice and draw recommendations 7. Attract Regional students 8. Industry (sector) engagements
