M&E FOR VERIFICATION DLRs ACTIVITIES NEXT STEPS 2.1 2.4 (Enrolment & Internships) Verification completed and letters issued 1 month following the ACE I Ouagadougou Workshop JAN MAR 2019 Verification 2.5 (Accreditation) Results verified on demand and letters issued immediately ON DEMAND Verification 2.6 (Research Publications) Verification completed by August and letters issued in October JAN MAR 2019 Verification 2.7 (External Revenue) Results verified on demand and letters issued immediately ON DEMAND Verification 2.8 (Teaching & Learning Environment) Results verified for 12 ACEs in April, June & September and letters issued immediately DECEMBER 2018 Every quarter 2019 3 & 4 (Financial Management & Procurement) Verification completed and letters issued in October AUGUST 2019
