Swahili, Arabic, French, Hausa are among the most spoken languages in Africa. Swahili is a Bantu language spoken by 150 million Africans. Arabic, spoken by 280 million people worldwide, is one of the six most spoken languages. French, with over 90 million speakers in Africa, is an official language in 21 African countries. Hausa, spoken by more than 50 million Africans, is a Chadic language primarily used in northern Nigeria.

It is an official language in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. It is also spoken in Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, as well as parts of Mozambique and Madagascar.
