Shipping Rack Repair Procedure Instructions for Repair Tags Portland, June 26th 2023 DTNA Packaging Group 1
DTNA Repair Tag Instructions DTNA Plant 1. Material Manager - Distribute Repair Tags to all relevant locations in plant (CIW, Cab Trim, Chassis, etc.) 2. Employee - Fill out all fields on Repair Tag and clearly describe the damage. The tags are made of waterproof Tyvek, and can be written on with a normal pen. 3. Employee - Using the wires and making sure tag is clearly visible, securely attach Repair Tag to the rack. 4. Material Manager - Contact Sean Hutchinson when Repair Tag stock needs to be replenished. DTNA Repair Tag Instructions Material Supplier 1. Material Supplier Set aside any rack seen with damage even if Repair Tag is not present. Leave Repair Tag on rack if tag is present. 2. Material Supplier When full truckload (FTL) of damaged racks are gathered, contact the DTNA/Universal Logistics packaging engineer for repair instructions.
