Quick Validation of AIP Dashboards Deliverables 1. AIP Dashboards Health Dashboard and Engineering Dashboard (decision on dashboard publication principle in Discover iteration during the project kick-off). 2. Rapid Discovery Report Technology details, Entry and end points, List of missing components and Impact of missing components and missing configuration 3 CAST Confidential SOFTWARE INTELLIGENCE FOR DIGITAL LEADERS
Iteration 2: Onboard Pre-requisites 1. CAST has full understanding of boundary of the application (email exchanges or meeting if required) 2. CAST has all the software components to proceed with the analysis and any gap identified during Discover phase is filled Activities 1. Upload new zip in AIP console if any reported missing code is provided by the application team (This step is not applicable if there is no missing code reported) 2. Inventory completion (IN/OUT) 3. Analysis fine tuning 4. Log Validation & application specific DLM rules/manual review 5. Implement user defined modules ( If applicable ) 6. Custom Transaction Configuration ( If FP is in scope ) 7. Validation of AIP Dashboards 8. Consumption Report 9. Imaging Discovery Report (if applicable) 10. Create a Standard Action Plan Top 5 critical rules based on the maximum number of violations 11. Check and update / implement automation for AIP rescans 12. Validate that CAST measures for the application are visible in selected customer reports and tools (Jira, ) 13. Validate the Imaging results Deliverables: 1. AIP Dashboards Health Dashboard and Engineering Dashboard 2. Consumption Report with recommended Action Plan (Quality of findings will be impacted if gaps identified during Discover phase are not filled) 3.
