Completed - Statement from EC included in RASSC-56 draft report R3.1 Summary Ninth-Term report of RASSC The Secretariat to report the outcomes from each Review Committee submitted to CSS on the long-term strategy for the IAEA Safety Standards with the RASSC members. Completed - DS518 A endorsed at CSS-56 for publication R4.3 DS518 B Safety of Nuclear FuelCycle Research and Development Facilities (Revision of SSG-43),EPReSC,NUSSC,RASSC,WASSC,NSGC The Secretariat to submit the draft Safety Guide on Safety of Nuclear Fuel Cycle Research and Development Facilities (DS518B) to the CSS for endorsement. Completed - DS518 B endorsed at CSS-56 for publication R5.1 Working Group on ad-hoc in-depth analysis on the implementation of IAEA safety standards from IAEA missions RASSC Working Group on ad-hoc in-depth analysis on the implementation of IAEA Safety Standards from IAEA missions, chaired by Ms Ritva Bly (Finland), to report the outcomes of the meeting of 14thJune 2024 and on other possible meetings to the 57thRASSC meeting. Item R.7.1 of RASSC-57 RASSC members from Member States that have conducted IAEA missions such as IRRS and ORPAS are encouraged to consider reporting their experiences at future RASSC meeting during the 10thTerm as a country presentation.Item R.7.2 of RASSC-57 Ongoing - Agenda items included in session R.7 of RASSC-57 R5.2 Joint TRANSSC/RASSC Working Group on the Proposed Revision of A1/A2 Values in Table 2 of SSR-6 (Rev.1) RASSC supported stablishing a new joint Working Group, separate from the current joint RASSC/TRANSSC Working Group on A1/A2 values,to discuss follow-up issues raised during the joint NSGC-RASSC-TRANSSC session,such as issues on justification of introduction of the new A1/A2 values, with involvement of other relevant committees. RASSC Secretariat to liaise with TRANSSC Secretariat to communicate RASSC decision and exchange on the way forward. Ongoing -After discussions between the RASSC and TRANSSC Secretariats, it was mutually agreed that, before deciding on the establishment of a new joint Working Group, a justification paper , which outlines the issues to be considered in deciding whether the incorporation of the corrected A1/A2values into SSR-6 (Rev. 2) is justified, would be prepared and submitted to the Review Committees to aid them in their deliberations on this matter at their next respective meetings. List of actions from RASSC-56 R6.4 IAEA s dose coefficients policy Consensus at the 56thRASSC meeting on no need for immediate action for changes to Schedule III or the main part (52 Requirements) of GSR Part 3. RASSC Members to share practicalexperiences in implementing the new ICRPdose coefficients. RASSC to cautiously consider the revision of GSR Part 3.The revision of GSR Part 3 willbe done in due time.
