AHCCCS Achievements and Initiatives
AHCCCS has achieved significant milestones since the previous report, including registering BCBAs as independent providers, researching appropriate code sets, developing dedicated websites for autism resources, identifying specialized ASD diagnosing providers, expanding their network with Centers of Excellence for Autism, updating policies to address ASD recommendations, receiving a substantial award from CMS, and more. These efforts aim to enhance healthcare services for individuals in need across Arizona.
