AICE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST Gulf Coast High School
REMEMBER Cambridge will only send one transcript You have to request that the transcripts be sent to the university you will be attending Scores are released in August Transcripts will be sent after scores are released
AICE DIPLOMA CANDIDATES Class of 2018 graduating students who are June 2018 AICE Diploma candidates -names of students who are awarded the AICE Diploma will be submitted to the FL Bright Futures office within 2 days if not on the same day that each of you receives your students results via CIE Direct (in August). It typically takes the Bright Futures office 2 weeks to process all the information and to update the scholarship level in the database accessed by all Florida colleges and universities when calculating tuition fees due on the last day of registration drop / add. If necessary, students can tell the financial aid office at their university that they are a pending AICE diploma graduate and request a deferment on their fall tuition due date.
COMPLETING THE FORM 1. Type or fill out the form in BLOCK CAPITAL letters using black ink. 2. Submit a photocopy of the relevant identification which shows your name and date of birth in English. A photocopy or scanned copy of your birth certificate A photocopy or scanned copy of the photo page of your passport A photocopy or scanned copy of your driver s license
