  9. UPDATE ON BLESSING BOX The second round of boxes are painted after the installation. The large logo stickers are ordered. The other door on the blessing box by Napco door fell off due to wood rot. Brenda s husband has built 2 doors per side vs one large door. This will prevent them from being too heavy. He will also add caulk to all boxes along the plexiglass to prevent water damage/wood rot.

  10. INTERACT UPDATE 7-Interact Youth will be going to the Rotary Foundation Dinner on November 18th in Concord, NC at the Great Wolf Lodge. We are planning to leave from AHS around 2:30 pm and to arrive in time to do the Service project at 5:30 pm then enjoy the speakers and dinner and return home after dinner. If any member would like to attend you have until Friday to sign up. The cost for the Dinner is 75.00. Interact started their first fundraiser with $50.00 that Steve Buteau gave them at their first meeting this year. They were able to raise 438.44 from the afternoon snack cart. WOW!

  11. DRAW DOWN UPDATE Drawdown - Friday, April 21 We are confirmed for Winter Wood. We can fit 220 for an eat-in meal. Winter Wood supplies tables, chairs, and linens. We are looking for an upscale caterer that may have a food truck to lessen the parking congestion. We still need to sell 300 tickets at $100.
