DTC Responsibilities in Educator Portal DTC Responsibilities in Educator Portal Pull reports, such as ISRs Enroll users and maintain list Enroll students and maintain list Roster students in ELA, math and science Share the MAP-A Update email newsletter
Individual Student Reports Individual Student Reports After ISRs are posted in EP on 8/17/21 Click on the blue box called Reports Choose Alternate Assessment Click on End-of-Year Choose Students (Bundled) Choose 2021 Print two copies (one to keep and one for parents)
Role Assignment in Educator Portal The MAP-A district leader is the DTC Data Managers may help Technical Directors (often do not need a role) Test Administrators are called Teachers
Enrolling Students Methods Find Student Add Student Upload Enrollment
Roster Students Click on the Settings box and choose Rosters Use the Create Roster tab if your MAP-A population is small Use the Upload Roster tab if your MAP-A population is large
MAP-A Update DESE emails a newsletter to those who work with the MAP-A program To be added to the list, send your name and email address to caryn.giarratano@dese.mo.gov.
