Treat : CAH Strong support / psychologic preparation / counseling : Natural Hx / Dx / management Growth development, bone age Reproduction: anovulation, hirsutism Multidisciplinary Hormone replacement (Steroids) Adrenal crisis Hydrocortisone, fludrocortisones long-acting : prednisone, dexamethasone Monitor :17-OHP (500-4,000 ng/ml) Surgical correction Follow-up (health, height, psychosocial)
