[AMD Official Use Only - General] Port 0 TX and RX Channel CDR Lock Status Without link partner CDR status. As expected, port 0 TX (CH1) CDR is locked, and RX (CH0) CDR is unlocked.

[AMD Official Use Only - General] Port 0 TX and RX Channel CDR Lock Status With link partner CDR status. As expected, both CDR should lock, but RX (CH0) is locked, and TX (CH1) CDR is unlocked.
