1. Companies may need the employee to sign different documents at the beginning of an employee contract, including the company rules and regulatory agreement form. Comply the Rules & Regulations Inappropriate dressing, and vocabulary, etc. are some general laws. 4
2. Good professional partnerships are not only something that facilitates employee collaboration, but also helps workers with individual career growth. The development of professional relationships with colleagues or other professionals outside the workplace would also increase productivity directly or indirectly. Professional Relationships 5
3. Accountability is also an employee's most positive attribute. The absence of transparency is one of the things that can momentarily alter a talented and responsible person. Be Accountabl e 6
4. It doesn't matter whether you deal with the intern, the junior, the janitor, etc., they should all be treated with dignity. As a boss, it will help increase their productivity to treat the team members with respect. Respect your colleagues 7

7. Uphold Trust Stuff like missing deadlines consistently or delivering work that needs to be updated over and over again will deny you a promotion. It will even leave the employer not offering you tasks, a nightmare for freelancers, to complete in the future. 10
Conclusion It is important to recognize that ethical conduct in the workplace can promote positive actions of employees that lead to organizational development, just as unethical conduct in the workplace can inspire harmful headlines that lead to the downfall of the organization. 11
