Welcome to our new School Values Annie Lennard values are underpinned by our schools Golden Rules and British Values. Our Golden Rules British Values Rule of Law Democracy Individual Liberty Mutual Respect Tolerance of those of different Faiths and beliefs Care and Share Have Fun Show Respect Try Hard Work Together
Annie Lennard Primary is a school with a huge HEART. Fun and laughter are at the HEART of all we do. We believe anything is possible! Dream it, Believe it, Become it!
Value 1 - HONESTY Honesty We believe that we must always tell the truth and act in an honest way. We learn from our mistakes. Be true to yourself and others.
Value 2 - Empathy Empathy We believe that understanding others, respecting them, and treating all with kindness is important.
Value 3 Achievement Achievement We always aim to achieve the best we can, in and outside of the classroom.
Value 4 Resilience Resilience We always try our best even when we find something difficult. We never give up. We have high expectations of ourselves.
Value 5 Teamwork Teamwork We understand that we are all part of the Annie Lennard family. Together everyone achieves more.
Our Values Reward System You will have a school values card that you will keep with your good to be green cards in your classroom. When you have been told that you have met one of the values you need to get your card initialled by the person who has noticed that value being demonstrated. You will then be given a certificate for that value and your name will be put on the values rainbow in the corridor outside of the hall.
When you have achieved all the values you will then work your way through the sustaining awards working towards being an outstanding school citizen.

Each Half term one value will be looked at in detail so children have a good understanding of what each value means and how it might be demonstrated. Today we are excited to give out our first batch of value certificates. Well-done to all who have achieved 1 or more of our values today your name will be added to the rainbow in the corridor.
