Stewardship is at the forefront of healthcare conversations Stewardship is required by governing bodies Unclear expectations makes it confusing and hard to figure out We talked with ID physicians who had noticed a gap in nursing knowledge and invited us to partner with them to pursue information and ways to help We invited/begged Katreena to join us
What? What? We adapted a survey targeting physicians and pharmacists to assess knowledge, attitude and practices of antibiotic stewardship (AS) Two versions were developed, one for IPs and one for bedside nurses We sent the survey to IPs in APIC Utah and other APIC chapters We sent the survey to RNs within Intermountain Healthcare in the former Central Region and Sevier
