WG2: Antimicrobial effects of plasma WG2: Antimicrobial effects of plasma Research Group Institute/University, Country
Microbiological Facilities & Expertise What types of microorganisms do you work with? Are you using planktonic (suspension) cells, biofilms or spores? What type of microbiological facilities do you have access to? (Biosafety level) Which kind of plasma source do you use? Licensed ones? Do you work with plasma activated/treated liquids? What types of assays do you use to analyze microbial inactivation/reduction? (plate count, metabolic assays, inhibition zones, imaging etc)
Needs from the Group Infrastructure & Equipment Do you need access to microbiological facilities and equipment? Are you looking to work with specific microorganisms? Expertise Do you need specific microbiological expertise? Are you looking for specific methods and protocols?
Collaboration Interests on Specific Topics Report here any input for other WG members regarding the topic your group is willing to collaborate on topics related to your research activity. Moreover, please inform the WG members if you are interested in - Sharing procedures and know-how to contribute to the redaction of a standard and shared protocol (please specify the topic) - Hosting researchers to perform experiments in your laboratories - Apply for STSM to other groups in the frame of performing experiments to validate the standard procedures
