Application to College Access to online application system begins in October www.ontariocolleges.ca Go to: APPLY CREATE AN ACCOUNT (one time only) LOG IN (to access account once made) February 1st , 2016 Deadline for equal consideration Students require their OEN (Ontario Education Number) found on a Report Card, Status Sheet, or from Student Services.
Application Fees for College $95.00 for application to 5 programs. No more that 3 programs at 1 college. All fees are non-refundable. Cash can NOT be sent through the mail. Credit Card payments are preferred. Applications will not be forwarded to colleges until full payment has been received by OCAS. Partial payments will not be processed. Payment must be in Canadian funds.
Application to University November OUAC will receive 1st transmission file of student data including grade 11 marks, and begin processing PIN numbers (access codes for the online application system) which are sent to the high school. Access online application tool at www.ouac.on.ca Students apply as Undergraduate Applicants using the OUAC 101 application. January 13th, 2016 Deadline to submit application.
Application Fees for University $150.00 for application to 3 programs. $50.00 for each additional choice. *Remember to consider alternate offers of admission. All fees are non-refundable. Out of Province Applications Applications for out-of-province schools can be found at individual web-sites. Be aware that deadlines may differ from Ontario schools. OUAC assists the following out-of-province institutions in collecting academic data for Ontario secondary students who have applied through the OUAC: Acadia Bishop s U of British Columbia U of Calgary Concordia Dalhousie McGill U of New Brunswick Saint Mary s University Simon Fraser University U of Victoria RMCis NOT part of OUAC s processing service. A separate form along with additional application materials must be obtained from a Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre. www.rmc-cmr.ca
Reviewing Important Dates for College The Fall of 2015 Research programs, attend college presentations, go to CIP, visit college campuses and open houses, research scholarship opportunities, go to websites for schools of interest October 2015 Application site available at www.ontariocolleges.ca February 1, 2016 Application deadline for equal consideration. Applications to highly competitive programs must be received by this date. May 1, 2016 Most common deadline for confirming an offer of admission. Log in to your ontariocolleges.ca account to confirm your offer
Reviewing Important Dates for University The Fall of 2015 Research programs, attend university presentations, go to UIP, visit university campuses and open houses, research scholarship opportunities, go to websites for schools of interest January 13, 2016 deadline to submit completed application to OUAC. Apply early at www.ouac.on.ca and use the OUAC 101 application. Be aware of additional admissions information!!!! February 5, 2016 Recommended last date to submit all information and changes to OUAC! May 27, 2016 latest date all high school applicants can expect a response from an Ontario University. June 1, 2016 earliest date students are required to respond to offers of admission and commit financially
