INTRODUCTION BACKGROUND Ideally, pencak silat athletes have peak performance physical condition, one of which is in the aspect of arm muscle endurance. INTRODUCTION Research Objectives Problem Formulation Does battle ropes training have a significant effect on increasing arm muscle endurance in pencak silat athletes of the Student Activity Unit of the University of Education Indonesia? To find out that battle ropes training has a significant effect on increasing the endurance of the arm muscles of Pencak silat athletes of the Student Activity Unit of the University of Education Indonesia. DISCUSSION Based on statistical data on pretest and postes, the average pretest score of UPI pencak silat UKM athletes was 3.0, while the average post-test score was 11, an average percentage increase of 50.2%. The results of the paired test of the t-test sample, showed a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that battle ropes training has a significant effect on the arm muscle endurance of pencak silat UKM athletes by 50.2%. In accordance with Dr. Sarah Johnson's theory in the Journal of Sports Physiology (2022). Fardan Muhamad Rizki UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA
CONCLUSION Based on the results of the study entitled "The Effect of Battle Rope Training on Increasing Arm Muscle Pencak Silat Athletes", it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Battle Ropes Training on endurance of the arm muscles of pencak silat athletes.
