Overview Organization Event Content and current status
Organization Event information and related documents are uploaded on Microsoft One-drive, so that all officers are volunteers are able to see the latest update on hotel reservation, sponsors,etc. Meeting every week for SPDC progress update and plans Meet with chapter advisor bi-weekly and whenever it is necessary
Event Content First day will be the ice breaker day, participants will be able to network with others. No professional development sessions in the first day. Second day will be the main event day. Competitions, professional development speakers and career fair will run concurrently. Last day, TED.

Hotels Hotels are contacted Working on the pricing with their sales department, price range from 79- 129/night. Looking to reserve 100 queen size rooms, with different hotel options. Budget friendly hotels will be 15-20 minutes driving distance from campus. Hotels that are closer to campus will be within walking distance, price will be leaning toward higher-side. Parking will be available on campus.
Finances Finance letters sent to 40 companies in Milwaukee, heard back from 1 thus far but they have until January 31st With the finance letters, perk of sponsorship is booth at our school career fair

Website Website link received Working on the website Goal is to set it up by the end of this week
T-Shirt Design Working on T-Shirt Design Sponsor logos will be printed on the back of the shirt
