Increase longevity of club Why have young professionals join? Offer new ideas and perspectives Contribute new skillsets (technical, social media, etc.)
Time Money Fellowship
Issues: Starting new career Health and exercise Dating/Relationships Time Solutions: Alternative meeting times (e.g., Evening Meetings) Different forms of engagement (e.g., Virtual Meetings) Accommodating parents with young children
Issues: College loan debt Higher housing costs Competitive job market Money Solutions: Subsidized or flexible payment options Exchange volunteer hours for lower dues or costs to events Encourage donations, but not expected
Issues: Opportunities to make new friends Have community outside of work Find unique experiences Fellowship Solutions: Professional development Mentorship Fun socials: archery, axe throwing, etc.
