Educational Requirements and Salary Bachelors degree from an accredited undergraduate university (4 years) Doctorate of Audiology from an accredited graduate school (4 years) 3 years: Class and off-site clinic 1 year: Externship Doctorate in Audiology or Ph.D. Average salary in 2019: $77, 600 (+ any additional commission from hearing aid sales)
