  2. Goals for Todays Session Care and Connection Explore the possibilities for federal funding Share updates for the current year

  3. How Are You? Survival: We are feeling the burn, but getting things done. Performance: Things are very busy, but we are prepared and working well as a team. Burnout: Things are day to day and I m tired. Recovery: Things are calm and we are preparing for the next challenge.

  4. District Reflections Reflecting on last year, what are you most proud of? What are some concerns you have for the upcoming year? What supports do you anticipate needing from ODE?

  5. Exploring the Possibilities

  6. Federal Funds Wish List Interactive Activity: What district goals are you currently addressing with federal funds? What strategies are you hoping to enact that will support student learning/health that you are not sure federal funds can support?

  7. Thinking Outside the Box Based on your needs assessment can federal funds be used for Programming outside K-12 (e.g.; preschool)? Washers/Dryers? Food and clothing? Transportation? Construction/renovation? Call us, and let s talk!

  8. Questions to Consider Are the priorities we have identified in our comprehensive needs assessment reflected in our CIP Budget Narratives? What is our plan for implementation? How will we monitor and evaluate the strategies and activities we are undertaking with federal funds?

  10. Federal Updates Waivers secured from USED! Any district can carry over more than 15% of Title I-A funds from 2020-21, even those who were granted a waiver in the last 3 years 19-20 funds extended until 9/30/22 Spending parameters for Title IV-A are NOT waived for 2021-22 USDA & Title I-A Rank and Serve Federal Guidance and Options
