  2. What is an Indo Board? The original Indo Board package includes: -Indo Board (18 x30 oval ply-wood). Textured on the top side, smooth on the bottom with slates on the ends used for keeping the roller under the Indo Board. -IndoFlo cushion (14 round nylon). Textured on bottom, adjustable inflation to meet the needs of all students. Less air, more stable. More air, less stable. -Roller (6.5 x19 hard plastic cylinder). The roller has 3 sections of grip tape to help keep the Indo Board from rotating off the roller.

  3. Indo Board Set-Up -Have mat, carpet, or padding at each station. The thicker the material, the slower the roller moves. -Make sure Indo Boards are not in line with other stations. -Have IndoFlo cushion and/or rollers at each station depending on activities. -Have supplemental equipment at each station depending on activities. (Beanbags, balls, or juggling cubes)

  4. IndoFlo Cushion -Start with 1 breath of air in cushion. -Reduce air to make more stabile. -Increase air to make less stabile. -Easy to adjust for all ability levels. -Limit adjustments if it becomes problematic.

Indo Board, Roller, and IndoFlo Cushion Individual Activities One Cushion -One foot balancing -Lunges -Push-ups (switches) -Side plank Two Cushions -Air squats -Push ups -Multiple weighted exercises Indo Board -Proper posture -Hand placement -Elbow placement Roller -Balance with one foot -Balance with two feet -Walk roller forward -Walk roller backward

  6. Indo Board with IdoFlo Cushion Balancing Balancing -1 foot/switch feet -2 feet -180 jumps -Sit on board Balancing with skill work -Bounce ball -Catch with partner -Juggling -Multiple weight lifts

Indo Board with IdoFlo Cushion Core and Strength Training Core Training -Plank* -push-up position* -12 step push-up -Hip raise/bridge Strength Training -Push-ups (Regular, military, wide)* -Squats -Lunges *Progressions for different abilities beginner -Feet out wide Intermediate -Feet together Advanced -One foot, switch to other foot

  8. Indo Board with roller Safety Safety, Safety, Safety -Always have a spotter. -Stay clear of sides of Indo Boards. -Slow and in control. -Keep fingers away from bottom of Indo Board. -If board shifts, stop, reset, start over. -Risk label is there for a reason. -Be safe and have fun!

  9. Indo Board with Roller Core Training and Balancing Core Training -Push-up position* -Push-up Rotations* -Plank* Balancing -Two feet balancing -Air squats -Catch ball -Bounce ball -Free throws -Juggling

  10. Indo Board with Roller Tricks -Jump onto balanced board. -180 onto balanced board. -180 while balancing. -Touch side squatted. -One foot balancing. -Hang ten.
