  2. Recommended 10 minutes No Dunking in Warm Up Technical Foul charged to Player

  3. 4 8 minute periods 4 minute extra periods if/as necessary

  5. NFHS (One spot up on free throws)

  6. NFHS 19.75 FIBA old 6.25m FIBA new 6.75m

  7. 35 Seconds

  8. Penalty applied per period and extra period(s) as per FIBA rules. 5 Fouls

  9. Substitution as per FIBA rules {Before first free throw or after successful second free throw} No substitution between free throws

  10. The NFHS time out procedure will be used for OFSAA time-outs in 2016-17. 5 time-outs in regulation time period of game. 1 time-out per extra period. no carry over of time-outs

  13. 1. Before recognizing the request for time-out the official must be certain that the rules permit granting a time-out in the existing situation. The official must see and hear the head coach prior to granting the request.
